*hyperventilate* It's finally done! I'm very pleased with this.
I've been working on this since [AS] started last night (the first run) no sleep for me.
I've been on a HUGE Trigun kick lately. ...which has made me very productive fandomwise. I've been doing the otaku thing these past few days... DVDs AMVs fan art, douji....
This whole thing came about because Milly reminds me of Cream. Even though she's not a major point of the picture.
I feel like I've forsaken Satam Sonic by using all Sega characters.
Me- "Cream is like Milly... and Amy could be Meryl... and sonic is Vash... WAIT... I didn't even consider satam characters, what has come over me?"
^_^ I'm not an Amy fan, but I think I was very kind to her here. She has kind of a cool disposition going on, rather than the ditzy fan-girl I would usually have portrayed her as.
As you can see, I did end up turning Shadow into Super Shadow (see line art) because the color suited him better.
I ink by hand.
Here's the secret: when you go to scan your pictures, be sure that the dpi or pixels per inch (or what ever your scanner calls it) is set REALLY high. I usually scan at 300 dpi.
And I do my coloring really big. This picture here, is 15% of the actual size of the original image while I was coloring it.
Reducing the size makes it looks smooth.
I know some ppl digital ink... but they must be gods, because it's insanely hard.

You suck.
Your uncanny ability to draw sexy men is astounding.
... but'cha still suck.
Yeah, Trigun will do that to you! When I discovered the glories of Trigun, I went on a spree, looking for fanfics, fanart, wallpaper, winamp skins, etc. I like how the piccie came out! Sonic is very Vash-y.
Too kewl! I loove this pic! Tis looks better than lineart..... *stares in amazement* I do my inking in on the computer... Cuz when I ink in by hand I never fail to make it look crappy... ><;
